To ensure a quality delivery of our products and solutions to customer that maximises uptime and reduce downtime, MEGAONE International partner up with our solutions partner to deliver a comprehensive training program know as the PASSPORT365 PROGRAM aimed at equipping our partners with the correct knowledge required for installations, design or consultancy.

Our program provides a cumulative knowledge upgrade path for both the installers as well as the end user. Only company committed to sending thier engineers and managers for training will be qualified as a certified installer company. The course facilitation and training is free of charge and as a commitment to deliver our quality solutions each company must equipped every students with the following training kits available for purchase before the scheduled courses to be conducted by qualified professionals from MEGAONE. Partners upon completing our programs will be awared with accreditation and an automatic membership to MEGAIO UNITED PROFESSIONALS CLUB.

PASSPORT365 WARRANTY
Attendees who have passed the Certification Exams will be able to certified future MEGAIO sites upon submitting full testing documentation to our program manager for verification and checks. MEGAIO reserve the right not to issue any warranty certificates should there be descrepancies. Assistance from MEGAIO program manager onsite is available and chargeable base on engineering days on site needed for the verification.

1) SYSTEM WARRANTY

a) Covers SERIES 10/6 All faulty parts determined to be manufacturing 25 years for copper defects will be replaced and make good. 20 years for fiber

b) PRODUCT WARRANTY SERIES 5/LED All faulty parts determined to be manufacturing 3 years for copper/fiber defects will be replaced. 1 - 3 years for LED

c) Off the shelf retail product shall have only automatic 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Products from solutions partner shall be supported directly by them. Proof of date of purchase from authorised distributor/reseller is required.
